A reminder that membership dues are due in March. 61 members have paid their dues for March 2003-2004. Chuck would like your updated e-mail addresses. Membership dues are still only $20. This year’s membership gift will be a metal key fob with a leather backing. The club’s name and the year 2003 will be included in the design.
This was our first Sunday meeting. The benefits of Sunday meetings include non-interference with John’s Saturday business hours and summertime Saturday rides. The consensus was to keep meeting on Sundays in the future.
Teri continues to recover. She plans to be (and we hope to see her) back at March’s meeting.

1. If you need to use the club tools, contact Buck to arrange it. If any groups are planning to travel to Daytona, Sturgis, or another event, make arrangements with Buck to take the tools along.
2. The membership voted to purchase an Examinator for $1000.00 or less. Any member able to locate one at this price, should contact Cappy (superx767@usfamily.net) to arrange it.
3. If you need parts, check out www.ehparts.com. Parts are still being sorted, so keep checking that site, or contact John’s Repair in Le Sueur 507-665-4062 or duc88825@hotmail.com.
4. Out of the EH Dealers, who still services our bikes? It appears that out of the original Southern MN area dealers, only Northstar Power Sports in Albert Lea will still service bikes.
5. AfterCare Warranties: It has come to the club’s attention that AfterCare has not been honoring its agreement with warranty holders. A discussion followed concerning the possibility of filing a petition with the MN State Attorney General’s office. If you have purchased this service and are not satisfied, and would like more info, contact Chuck Barsness (x_twin@hotmail.com).
6. The membership present voted to continue to have JoAnne (John’s Mom) feed us lunch. THANKS JOHN’S MOM!!! The club will pay for the groceries.
7. The club would like to purchase folding or stackable chairs with rubber foot guards (to protect John’s floors).
The meeting was adjourned and followed by a delicious lunch served by John’s Mom, and a tech talk by John. Special thanks to John and his family for hosting us and hauling chairs in and out for our convenience.
Sun. March 16, 2003.
1:00pm at John’s Repair in Le Sueur, MN.
