April 27 2003 Meeting of the Pioneer Chapter Excelsior-Henderson Riders Club

-Cappy brought the meeting to order at Polaski's in Maple Grove, MN. It was a beautiful day and several road their Xs to the meeting.

-Chuck read the treasurer's report. There were no significant bills paid or income received, other than membership dues.

-Chuck read the minutes of the March meeting held at John's Repair in LeSueur, MN.

-Chuck reported on the key fobs. They turned out looking really nice. They are scheduled to arrive about the 8th of May and will be available at the next meeting.

-Waz reviewed the status of the Rally. The schedule was reviewed and

approved with one addition from Phil Ward which is the Dyno Shoot-Out to be

held on Friday from 12 noon to 4 PM. It was decided to keep the Pker Run on

the schedule in hopes that we can get someone or a group to run it. Mike

Hamann will be making stickers again and he will also get the collapsable

can coolers made. A design was discussed for the Rally t-shirt and Cappy

will follow up on getting a picture for the front and the x-n-bar logo on

the back and x-n-bar on the sleeve with Pioneer Chapter in the bar. It was

decided we should go back to black shirts this year. Ken Bretz will handle

getting the awards made agian this year.

-Waz noted he still had a couple sets of bags for sale at $600 a set. The dog bones will cost $30 a pair in addition.

-Tim Breidenbach said the solo racks will be ready for the next meeting. He is having about 30 extras made. He is also getting front axle bolt caps made. They are just in the development stage at this point.

-Jeff Morey said he has Hot Topper Chrome Caps sets for the SuperX at a cost

of $105 including shipping.

-Club Patches were discussed. Chuck will check with Buck on this.
