The meeting was held at John’s Repair, LeSueur, MN and called to order by Director Phil Ward.
· In the last month, we had income from two new members and the sale of patches. We paid for last month's meeting meal.
· Membership is at 170. New or renewed memberships received from this time forward will be extended through March 2006.
· The membership present voted to hold the 2005 Rally Wednesday, July 6 through Sunday, July 10, 2005. The location is still to be decided. Location considerations are: 1.) insurance costs to the club; 2.) availability of shelter; and 3.) secure grounds.
Insurance options to be investigated will include the possibility of carrying a rider policy on Johns Repair's policy, to cover club meetings, rides, and possibly the rally. Another possibility will be the chapter getting its own insurance.
· December Meeting - A reminder that the December meeting will be an informal Holiday get-together at a Cities-area establishment and will likely be on a Saturday late afternoon/evening early in December.
· Officer Elections for Assistant Director and Treasurer will be held at the February meeting, with the new officers starting their terms on March 1st . Nominations will be accepted at the December and the January meetings.
· The membership present decided that the June meeting will be held to coincide with the Antique Motorcycle Show (June 23-26, 2005), and possibly include a group ride to the Farmington grounds.
· Also decided was to continue building on a Sturgis event at the 333 Saloon in Beulah.
The next meeting is at John's Repair on November 21, 2004.
