The meeting got going about 1:30.

Phil Ward reported our finances are doing fine. We are at about the same point as last year.

2007 Membership Drive is on. John Jones - 301 N Main St, Le Sueur MN 56058-4361 is our membership chairman (email). Dues are $20 again this year and you can renew on on our website or send a check. So, if you haven’t renewed your membership now is a good time to do it. NOTE: If you renew online at our website, be sure to fill in the E-H Riders Club information form so we know who is renewing. We have had a couple people not do this and we don’t know who they are!

The 2007 E-H Super X Rally will be held from August 1st thru August 4th which is the week just before the Sturgis Rally. There was general discussion about activities.
Brian Berhow has been contacted and has welcomed us back for the Wednesday activities at Albert Lea. Brian has blocked some rooms at the Ramada Albert Lea, 2306 East Main Street, 507-373-6471 for Wednesday night August 1st. Please contact Ramada Inn directly and mention the Pioneer Chapter to get the $52 room rate, $58.20 with tax.
Also, we have blocked some rooms at the Le Sueur Downtown Motel, 507-665-6246, 510 North Main St. - arrival August 2nd with departure August 5th. So, contact them as soon as possible if you want to make your reservations there. The cost will be $42.60 for one queen bed and $51.12 for two queen beds. These prices include the tax.
Options for the group ride on Friday were discussed. It was decided there would be no preplanned ride for Saturday. Saturday is the Bike Show competition.
T-shirt ideas, can coolers, stickers, and the meals we are going to provide were discussed. We already have the Rally Bar Pins for this year.
The ride from MN to Sturgis after our Rally leaving Le Sueur on August 5th was also discussed.

Membership Gift - It was decided that the membership gift this year would an auto license plate frame. It will have gold lettering on a black frame. We have ordered 500 of them so if you want to purchase more of them they will be available. The cost will be determined once we have received them. You can come to a meeting to pick up your license plate frame or you can pick it up at the Rally this year. They will not be mailed out to members until after the Rally.

Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned Bike Tools These tools are available for use by any of our members. Just contact him at bailey@integra.net or 952-440-9989.

Our next meeting will be in Le Sueur at John’s Repair (map) on Sunday April 15th at 1:00 pm. No meal will be served but the club will provide pop and bottled water. John requests that the meeting start promptly at 1:00 pm.
