Meeting

Several members, family members, and significant others met at 12:30p for our
Holiday Party and lunch at the Tradewinds Buffet at Treasurer Island. All seemed
to enjoy the buffet and the general discussion.
Director Randy Schwandt brought the meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report
- Phil Ward reported that our Web Site Hosting and PayPal costs have been
taken care of. Our current financial situation is consistent with prior
years.
Membership Report
- John Jones reported that we currently have 47 members. He also noted
that our 2009 Membership Drive is on from now until the March Meeting. Membership can be sent to John Jones – 301 N Main St, Le Sueur

Old Business
2009 Rally - X Rally X July 8-11, 2009
- We discussed what should be used for the 10 Year colors.
- Ideas for t-shirts and other items. If anyone has Rally logo ideas bring
a description, sketch, or graphic to the February meeting (or send it to
Chuck Barsness at x_twin@hotmail.com and I will get it to the next meeting).
- Also, Rally Bar Pins are going to be ordered.
- We are also looking for ideas for a Point of Interest Ride during the
Rally.
- Skull Caps were also discussed.
New Business
- Membership Gift – Phil is getting a sample of the LED Flashlight.
We are hoping it will look good and can be used as out membership gift for
2009.
- Pens – We have decided to pens with Excelsior-Henderson Riders
Club printed on them.
- Officer Elections at the March Meeting - The offices of Assistant
Club Director and Treasurer are up for election this year. We'll be
accepting nominations at the February meeting. If you can't make it to the
meeting please forward your nominations to Chuck Barsness at x_twin@hotmail.com
for presentation at the February meeting. The election will take place at
the March meeting.

- Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter
owned tools and they are available for use by any of our members. Just contact

Next Meeting
- The Pioneer Chapter Club Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 15th
at 1:00 P.M at Black Dawg Bar & Grille, 3120 W. Highway 13, Burnsville, MN.
