Pioneer Chapter Meeting

Director Randy Schwandt brought the meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report –Phil Ward reported Receipts include Rally Fees and memberships. Costs include flashlight mailing. Rally expenses will be up this year because of increase in cost of dinners etc.
Member ship Report- John Jones reported that we currently have 118 members. We will likely get a few more members at the Rally.. You can contact John at duc88825@hotmail.com or 507-665-4062 if you have any questions about membership.
Old Business
Member Gift – Member gift has been mailed to all except the latest that have joined.
2009 - X Rally X - July 8-11, 2009
Everything is ready to go except for a last couple touch-ups.
- Thursday Ride – Phil has all lined up at the SPAM Museum in Austin. Lunch will be across the street at Jerry’s Other Place.
- Friday Poker Run – The ride has been scoped out and Ken says all will be ready.
- Saturday Reunion Ride – Phil indicated they need to finish checking out the route which will be done soon.
- Rally Shirt have been ordered. The award plaques have been ordered. Can Coolers have been ordered. Mike Hamann will get the stickers made up.
- Schedule – One thing added to the schedule is a Welcome/Kick Off Meeting at 7:30 PM on Thursday at the Downtown Motel after the dinner.
Sweden Chapter Rally – Nils indicated all had a good time at the Rally. Check out Jumpers report about the Rally on the Resource Board.
Pioneer Chapter Owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and they are available for use by any of our members. Just contact him at bailey@integra.net or 952-440-9989.
Next Meeting – The next Pioneer Chapter Meeting will be held on Sunday, August 16th at 1 PM at Randy & Val Schwandt’s house at 101 8th Ave NE in Kasson MN
