Chapter Meeting at
October
Meeting - It should be noted
that the only officer at The Harbor Restaurant and Bar at Hagar City WI
on Saturday October 17th was Phil Ward.
There were a few other members present also.
There was no Chapter business addressed at the gathering.

Director Randy Schwandt brought the November meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report –Phil Ward reported that has been little activity since the Rally.
Member ship Report- John Jones reported that we currently have 128 members. You can contact John at duc88825@hotmail.com or 507-665-4062 if you have any questions about membership.
Old Business – None.
New Business – There was a discussion about Dan Hanlon. Dan has indicated to us that he now has the rights to the Excelsior-Henderson name and the Logos.
Rally 2010 – The dates have been set for July 7 – 11. So, get your reservations in early. You can contact Dale or Cindy at the Downtown Motel (507) 665-6246. We had general discussion about Rally events. One idea was to have an “Evening E-H Bike Show Off” at the motel and invite the public to come and look over all the Super Xs.
We are looking for ideas for the 2010 member gift. Let us know if you have an idea.
Be aware that in 2010 a new Director, a new Secretary, and a new Membership Chairperson will be elected in March. If you are interested in one of these positions or know of someone you want to put on the ballot, send a note to Chuck Barsness or give him a call. The election will be held at the March 2010 meeting.
There will be no December Meeting.
It was decided to not have a Holiday Party in January but to have a Party at the end of February, as motel room prices are cheaper that time of the year. Amy will do some follow up on room prices at Treasure Island.
John Jones reported that Sean Howard purchased an E-H Welcome Riders Banner and has donated it to the Pioneer Chapter for use at our events. Thanks to Sean for this donation!
Pioneer Chapter Owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and they are available for use by any of our members. Just contact him at bailey@integra.net or 952-440-9989.
Next Meeting – The next Pioneer Chapter Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 17th at 1 PM at the Buffalo Tap, 4990 SW 123rd St. Savage, MN (952)808-7317.
