Treasurer’s Report –No report.
Member ship Report- No report. It should be noted that our 2010 Membership Drive is on from now thru the March Meeting. Dues are again $20. New
Business –Dan Hanlon presented
where he is going with a new E-H website.
Dan has indicated to us that he now has the rights to the
Excelsior-Henderson name and the Logos and Randy has signed an E-H
Licensing Agreement for the club to use the name and logos.
Holiday
Party - The EH Pioneer
Chapter's February meeting / holiday get-together will be held Saturday,
Fedruary 20th at the Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Red Wing,
Minnesota. We'll meet at the Tradewinds Buffet at 12:30pm and the
Chapter will pick up the tab for everyone who has paid their dues for
2010 (or who pays by 12:30 that day). We welcome spouses and SO's of
members but the member will be responsible for their nonmember
spouse's/SO's meal. After the meal and a hopefully short meeting we'll
disperse to have fun at the Casino.
Rally
2010 – The dates have been set
for July 7 – 11. So, get your reservations
in early. You can contact Dale or Cindy at
the Downtown Motel (507) 665-6246.
If you have ideas for this years Rally please let us know.
2010 Member Gift
- We are looking for ideas for the 2010 member gift.
Let us know if you have an idea.
Election of Officers - Be aware that in 2010 a new Director, a new Secretary, and a new Membership Chairperson will be elected in March. If you are interested in one of these positions or know of someone you want to put on the ballot, send a note to Chuck Barsness or give him a call. The election will be held at the March 2010 meeting.
Pioneer Chapter Owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and they are available for use by any of our members. Just contact him at bailey@integra.net or 952-440-9989.
Next Meeting – The next Pioneer Chapter Meeting will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 12:30 PM at the Tradewinds Buffet at the Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Red Wing, Minnesota.
