Chapter Meeting at
Holiday Party - The EH
Pioneer Chapter held its annual holiday get-together on Saturday,
February 20th at the Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Welch,
Minnesota. We met at the Tradewinds Buffet
and the Chapter picked up the tab for everyone who had paid their dues
for 2010. We had members from Minnesota,
Wisconsin, Michigan, and Virginia present. After the meal we held a
short meeting.

Secretary
Chuck Barsness brought the meeting to order.
Treasurer’s Report –Phil Ward
reported financially we are doing well. Our
end of year balance is a little better than last year.
Membership Report- John Jones
reported we have 50 members that have renewed so far for 2010.
Our Membership Drive is on from now thru the March Meeting.
Dues are again $20. Membership can be
paid by going online to ehridersclub.com or you can send it to John

Rally
2010 – The dates have been
set for July 7th thru 11th.
Get your reservations in early. You
can contact Dale or Cindy at the Downtown Motel

If you have ideas for the Rally please let us know.
We discussed the possibility of having the dinner after the Poker
Run on Friday at the Motel rather than at Whiskey River.
This will be discussed further as we start planning Rally 2010.
2010 Member Gift
- We are looking for ideas for the 2010 member gift.
Phil brought a sample to the meeting.
It will be discussed at our next meeting.
Let us know if you have an idea for a member gift.
Election of Officers
– At the March meeting a new
Director, a new Secretary, and
a new Membership Chairperson will be
elected for two-year terms. Chuck Barsness
is running for Secretary again and John Jones is running for Membership
Chairperson again. We still have a need for
someone to run for Director. If you are
interested or know of someone that is interested, send a note to Chuck
Barsness or give him a call. The election
will be held at the March meeting.
Flashlights for Sale – We
have a few flashlights, the 2009 Member Gift, for sale at $10 each
