Pioneer Chapter Meeting

Ward brought the meeting to order.
Treasurer’s
Report –Phil Ward reported
financially we are doing well. Phil brought a prototype of next
year’s gift and received approval to move forward and get pricing and
place order for multifunction-tool.
Membership
Report- Teri Peterson reported
we have 82 members that have renewed so far for 2010. Our
Membership Drive is on-going. Dues are again $20. Membership
can be paid by going online to ehridersclub.com or you can send it to
John Jones - 301 N Main St, Le Sueur MN 56058-4361. John can be

Rally 2010
– The dates have been set for July 7th thru 11th.
Get your reservations in early. You can contact Dale or Cindy at
the Downtown Motel (507) 665-6246. If
you have ideas for the Rally please let us know. We discussed the
possibility of having the dinner after the Poker Run on Friday at the
Motel rather than at Whiskey River. This will be discussed further
as we start planning Rally 2010. We are still looking for
volunteers to help us plan the rally poker run and other rides.
Randy has been working on the brochure and updating the Rally
information on the web-site. As they were not available for the
meeting no other details were discussed. Dan Hanlon offered the
“Hanlon Farm” as a possible party location during the Rally. More
details to be discussed at the next meeting. He also added that
the club can continue to use the E-H trademarks any way we choose as far
as he is concerned. John is looking at entertainment.
2010 Member Gift
– We decided the membership gift this year would be a pocket knife.
Phil handed out the pocket knives to those attending the meeting.
The remaining knives will be sent out in early May.
Election of Officers
– Officers have been elected and no other openings are available
presently.
Flashlights
for Sale – We have a few
flashlights, the 2009 Member Gift, for sale at $10 each including
shipping. Contact Randy Schwandt at

Pioneer Chapter
Owned Super X Tools - Buck
Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and they are available for
use by any of our members. Just contact him at

Next Meeting
– The next Pioneer Chapter Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 23rd
at 1 PM at the Buffalo Tap Bar,
